300 PR is a cationic conditioning agent based on Polyquaternium-30, specially developed for personal care products. As a cationic terpolymer, it features excellent conditioning, moisturizing, anti-static and film-forming properties. It can quickly adsorb on the surface of hair and scalp, form a smooth, breathable and non-greasy protective film, effectively reduce hair friction, prevent tangling and breakage, while improving hair manageability and softness. It has excellent compatibility with various surfactants, stable performance in different formula systems, and can significantly enhance the conditioning effect of products, making hair soft, shiny, smooth and easy to comb. It is a high-efficiency multifunctional conditioning additive widely used in hair care and skin care products.

3. Application
- Recommended Dosage: 0.3-2.0% (based on total formulation weight)
- Usage Recommendation: Add in the later stage of product preparation (below 60°C) to avoid high temperature affecting its conditioning performance. Stir evenly at low speed to ensure uniform dispersion for optimal efficacy.
- Formula Application:
- Hair care: Shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, hair care essences, perm and hair dye products
- Skin care: Body washes, mild cleansers, hand sanitizers and other personal care products
4. Packaging and Storage - Packaging: 200kg/plastic drum (custom packaging available upon request)
- Storage: Store in a ventilated, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature (above 40°C). Avoid mixing with strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidants.
- Shelf Life: 24 months under proper sealed storage conditions. After opening, use within 3 months and keep tightly sealed when not in use.
