PQ47 POLYMER is a high-performance cationic conditioning polymer based on Polyquaternium-47, specially developed for personal care formulations. As a multifunctional quaternized copolymer, it integrates excellent conditioning, anti-static, moisturizing and irritation-mitigating properties. It can rapidly adsorb onto hair and skin surfaces, forming a smooth, non-greasy protective film, effectively improving hair combability and skin smoothness, while reducing the irritation caused by surfactants in cleansing products. It features outstanding compatibility with various surfactants and stable performance in different formula systems, widely used in hair care and skin care products.

3. Application
- Recommended Dosage: 1.0-5.0% (based on total formulation weight)
- Usage Recommendation: It is recommended to add in the later stage of product preparation (below 60°C) to avoid high temperature affecting its conditioning and irritation-mitigating performance. Stir evenly at low speed to ensure uniform dispersion for optimal efficacy.
- Formula Application:
- Hair care: Shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, hair care essences, perm and hair dye products
- Skin care: Body washes, facial cleansers, hand sanitizers and other mild cleansing products
4. Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 50kg/barrel(custom packaging available upon request)
- Storage Conditions: Store in a ventilated, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature (above 40°C). Avoid mixing with strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidants.
- Shelf Life: 12 months under proper sealed storage conditions. After opening, use within 3 months and keep tightly sealed when not in use to prevent contamination.
