Oleth-20 is a super hydrophilic nonionic solubilizer and universal emulsifier, which belongs to the ethoxylated fatty alcohol derivative. It is specially developed for high-end transparent personal care formulas, integrating excellent solubilization, emulsification, stabilization, dispersion, wetting and mild conditioning properties. Oleth-20 can efficiently solubilize fragrances, essential oils, oil-soluble actives and plant extracts into clear aqueous systems, form highly transparent, uniform and long-term stable products, effectively prevent delamination, turbidity and precipitation, while bringing a refreshing, non-sticky, light and smooth skin feel.
