O30 is a high-hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and efficient solubilizer, which is specially developed for clear formulations, fragrance systems and light-type personal care products, integrating excellent solubilization, emulsification, dispersion, wetting and low-irritation properties. O30 can effectively solubilize essential oils, fragrances, oil-soluble actives and non-water-soluble ingredients, help produce clear, transparent and stable systems, improve clarity, uniformity and shelf-life stability. It features low foam, mildness, good wetting ability, and can assist in improving spreadability and sensory refreshment. It has excellent compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, stable performance in a wide pH range from acidic to alkaline, and can significantly improve transparency, uniformity and mildness of products. It is a safe and efficient multifunctional solubilizer and emulsifier widely used in clear shampoo, essence, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, fragrance care and baby personal care products.
