QUAT 3272 is a high-performance cationic conditioning agent, a modified quaternary ammonium derivative specially developed for advanced personal care formulations. It integrates excellent conditioning, moisturizing, anti-static and film-forming properties. QUAT 3272 can rapidly adsorb onto the surface of hair and scalp, forming a smooth, breathable and non-greasy protective film, effectively reducing hair friction, preventing tangling and breakage, while deeply replenishing moisture and nutrients to improve hair dryness, frizz and brittleness. 3. Application

  • Recommended Dosage: 0.5-3.0% (based on total formulation weight)
  • Usage Recommendation: Add in the later stage of product preparation at a temperature below 60°C, stir evenly at low speed to ensure uniform dispersion, to avoid affecting its conditioning performance under high temperature. It is recommended for use in hair conditioners, hair masks and leave-in care products.
  • Formula Application:
    • Hair care: Conditioners, hair masks, hair care essences, hair oils, leave-in conditioners, perm and hair dye post-treatment products
    • Skin care: High-end moisturizing lotions, body washes and other products requiring enhanced skin feel

4. Packaging and Storage

  • Storage Conditions: Store in a ventilated, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature (above 35°C). Avoid mixing with strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidants.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months under proper sealed storage conditions. After opening, use within 3 months and keep tightly sealed when not in use to prevent contamination.
