The positively charged Behentrimonium Chloride binds to the negatively charged cuticle of the hair, which helps to smooth and straighten the hair, making it more manageable and less prone to tangling. It also helps to improve the overall appearance and feel of the hair by adding shine and softness. Behentrimonium Chloride is typically used at a usage rate of 0.1-3%.
