Ceteareth‑20 (A20) is a nonionic surfactant, main O/W emulsifier, solubilizer and wetting agent, which is specially developed for high‑end hair care and skin care formulations. It integrates strong emulsifying, solubilizing, stabilizing, wetting and auxiliary softening properties. A20 can efficiently emulsify oil and water phases, improve the compatibility and stability of functional ingredients, help products spread smoothly and absorb quickly, and enhance the softness and gloss of hair. It has excellent compatibility with most surfactants and stable performance in a wide pH range of 4.0–9.0. It is a professional main emulsifier widely used in high‑end conditioner, hair mask, cream, essence and various emulsified care products.
